This park, placed on the UNESCO list of world monuments, belongs to the top three of bird parks in the world. It is a paradise for bird.
The park is a small town 60 miles from Saint Louis in northern Senegal.
In this area lives birds, wild boars, jackals, gazelles, palm civet, snakes and crocodiles. The tours by the park are made by boat.
The best time for the park to visit is December to February. During the rainy period (June to October) the park is closed.
