Abuko Nature Reserve - Modou Lamin Njie

Abuko Nature Reserve was set up by an Englishman and is very easy to reach.

You shouldn’t expect Africa’s Big Five but the diversity of birds and trees/plants is enormous.

In this park you will find a.o. porcupines, warthogs, crocodiles, snakes and monitors (dragon lizards).

There also is an animal-orphanage where you can see different wildlife such as hyenas and monkeys.
